I create the work I do in order to share my creativity to the public. When it comes to photography, I value the aesthetics in everyday life. Taking photographs that capture every beauty and aspect of something or someone is really important. My goal as an artist is to create unique photographs that people would admire. I try to create different themes and perspectives that are new to me and the public.

 

In order to create my photographs, I first brainstorm how I would execute my ideas into a photo. After that, I would realize the possible and impossible aspects in creating my idea. By the time I am confident in taking photos, I plan by taking photos in different angles and changing different lighting. After taking photos, I preview them on my laptop in order to see all of the details. I select the media and style that I like because I feel the most happy and passionate about the subject matter.

 

My most recent work consists of many portraits with vibrant colors. This work grew because over the course of the second quarter, I realized the different techniques in order to create different lighting and contrast in my photos. I am exploring different angles, colors, and perspectives while doing these photographs. What is challenging about taking these certain photos is that the colors do not show up as vibrant as it is in person, and also how hard it is to find the perfect exposure for a photo.
